AqNoorLabs operates as a Data Fiduciary under the DPDP Act, 2023. All personal data collected during MyMedicare registration and payments is governed by the provisions of this Act. By using our services, you provide informed and specific consent as required under Section 6 of the DPDP Act.
By downloading, installing, registering, or using MyMedicare software or its associated payment and subscription services offered by AqNoorLabs, you acknowledge reading and unconditionally agreeing to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
AqNoorLabs grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable software license to install and use MyMedicare solely on Windows 10 / Windows 11 (64-bit) desktop or laptop computers for lawful pharmacy business operations at your registered location.
MyMedicare subscriptions are offered in Starter, Pro, and Enterprise plans on monthly or annual billing cycles. All payments are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) and processed securely through Razorpay PCI-DSS certified payment gateway per RBI guidelines.
In accordance with Section 6 of the DPDP Act, 2023, when you register for MyMedicare:
MyMedicare provides a 14-day full-feature free trial upon installation. No credit card or payment is required to start the trial. At the conclusion of the trial period, software will prompt for a valid license key to continue generating new invoices. Previously stored billing data remains fully accessible and intact.
Active subscribers receive free software updates including security patches, feature enhancements, and Windows compatibility upgrades throughout their subscription period. AqNoorLabs will provide 90-day advance notice prior to any software discontinuation or major breaking changes to paid subscribers.
MyMedicare is provided for pharmacy billing assistance and inventory management. AqNoorLabs shall not be liable for business losses arising from software unavailability, data entry errors, or system hardware failure beyond our reasonable control. Maximum liability shall not exceed the total subscription amount paid in the preceding 3-month period.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000; the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023; and applicable Consumer Protection regulations. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
